Qualification & Lease Agreement
Each unique home will have a Lease Agreement crafted for that home. But, there are some general terms and policies that apply to all of our homes. If you are considering an application, please review these terms and policies first to get to know our methods and expectations. We hope to be a match for you.
Pet Policy
Pets are family. Each of our homes has a pet policy crafted to match the home. Unfortunately, pets are not always match for our homes. Of course, we always consider and respect ADA qualified Assistance Animals as required by law. We hope one of our homes is a match for your pet scenario.
Your Rights & Responsibilities
Our goal is simple: provide quality homes to quality people through long-term leases. As a resident in one of our homes, you have certain responsibilities to maintain the property and to consider respectful interactions with others in your neighborhood.
